MFA-Duo - What should I do if I "time out" before completing my Duo enrollment?

This document will provide instructions for authenticating to the Device Management Portal if you are stuck when first enrolling your device. This happens when your device is not configured correctly to authenticate to MFA-Duo, but your NetID authentication behaves as though you have completed setup.

You will need to sign into the Duo Device Management Portal in order to complete the setup process.

Contact the DoIT Help Desk and request a Bypass Code in order to authenticate to the portal. You must contact the Help Desk by phone: 608-264-4357.

Click on "Enter a passcode" and then enter the bypass code into the text field. Click "Log In."
