Shared Governance Committee / ASM
The ASM Shared Governance Committee is the student body charged with appointing students to committees across the UW-Madison campus, City of Madison, and the UW System. All students are welcome to attend our general meetings if they are interested in discussing student issues or the inner workings of the university. These meetings function to offer a space for collaboration across committees, connect appointees with the Shared Governance Chair for support, and work on shared campaigns with the Shared Governance Campaign Director.

All meetings will be on Thursdays at 6:00 PM in the Caucus Room on the fourth floor of the Student Activity Center. For the Spring 2020 Semester, meetings will begin on Thursday, January 23.
Due to the cancellation of non-essential university events March 11, 2020 onwards, weekly meetings until the culmination of the 26th Session of ASM will be held online. The last meeting closest to this end is April 16th. We are working to establish a system for this, so please stay tuned.
