This document outlines how you can get support and help from the WiscWeb team while building out your website.

Please Note: Our hours of operation for support are M-F, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (excluding holidays).

Submit a support request

If you have any questions while building out your WiscWeb website, please do not hesitate to contact us via our Customer Support Form.

We will respond back to you as soon as we are able. If it is an emergency request, please be sure to denote that in the form.

Join our mailing list

We regularly connect with users via our email list to communicate key updates and noteworthy news regarding the service.

Training

We highly recommend our Beginner Course (in Canvas) for users new to WiscWeb and the UW Theme.

Additional Training Videos are located on the WiscWeb informational website.

KnowledgeBase

We work hard to make sure that we cover as many topics as possible in our KnowledgeBase hub. Use the search at the top of this page to query a certain WiscWeb-related topic. 

Communities of Practice

We encourage users to join related Communities of Practice to learn from campus experts and share ideas for building and maintaining your websites.

Lunch and Learns

Once a month, the WiscWeb team offers a "Lunch and Learn" session over the lunch hour where we provide updates on the service and answer any questions that the customers have.
