e-Reimbursement makes extensive use of email notifications. Occasionally, the links contained in these emails may not work.
e-Reimbursement email notifications often contain links to the e-Reimbursement system if action is necessary. These links may not work if the email notification is old or the expense report, travel authorization, or cash advance (ER/TA/CA) that produced the email notification no longer requires your action. Clicking the link in an outdated email will result in an error similar to that shown below:
The following error occurred during accessing pending approval: (10502,317) EX.Approval.MISC.PendingApprovers.OnExecute
Name:PendingApprovers PCPC:2600 Statement:48
Called from:EX.Approval.MISC.ApprovalPermission.OnExecute Name:ApprovalPermission Statement:2
Called from:EX_UI.ApproveTransactions.ProfileAttributes.ProfileAttributes.OnExecute Name:SetProfileAttributes Statement:9
Called from:EX_SHEET_APPR.GBL.PreBuild Statement:14
Error occurred during accessing pending approval.
Make sure that you are clicking the link from the most recent email notification. The links given in old email notifications will not work if the ER/TA/CA has had any changes in status or action since the email was generated.
If the error is happening even with the newest application, you should try accessing e-Reimbursement directly by logging into the Shared Financial System.
