If you have searched our KB (KnowledgeBase) and cannot find the answer or solution you need, affiliated students, faculty, and staff can request DoIT Help Desk support online. Network administrators can also request network services (Data Jack Installations/Activations and DNS or IP-related requests) for their department. This document explains how to use HelpOnline to request assistance.

Otherwise, you can submit a request for assistance via the new Self-Service Portal by going to https://wiscit.wisc.edu/CherwellPortal/WiscIT and logging in with your UW-Madison NetID and password. This is also available on the Services tab of My UW-Madison.
