White or Blank Screen When Installing Creative Cloud with Federated ID on Mac
Sometimes, when installing the Creative Cloud Desktop app on a Macintosh, the installation will display a blank screen at sign-in, which prevents completion of the installation:
This is a known bug as of 06/28/2019. As a workaround, Adobe recommends signing in with an Adobe ID during installation, and then signing out and signing in with your UW-Madison Federated ID after installation completes. Any Adobe ID will work during the initial installation, and anyone can get one for free here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html
