Hours

Wisconsin's Capitol building is open to the public:
Weekdays 8 am to 6 pm
Weekends and holidays 8 am to 4 pm

Free tours are offered daily, year round except on the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Easter
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas

Tours start at the information desk:
Monday through Saturday at 9, 10, and 11 am and 1, 2, and 3 pm
Sundays at 1, 2, and 3 pm
A 4 pm tour is offered weekdays (M-F), excluding holidays, during Memorial Day through Labor Day

Tours depart from the ground floor Tours and Information Desk.  Plan on spending 45-55 minutes for a tour.

The sixth floor museum and observation deck is also open during the summer months, M-Sa 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Su 12-5p.m.

Groups of ten or more can make an on-line reservation for a tour at:
http://tours.wisconsin.gov/pub/reservations/default.aspx

Groups of less than ten do not require a reservation.
