Dedicated to protect and preserve cranes and their wetland homes, the Foundation has the most complete collection of the fifteen crane species in the world. Features include a new whooping crane exhibit, newly-hatched chicks, breeding pod, habitat tours, video presentation, and gift shop.

Open to the public every day between April 15 an d October 31, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Guide public tours are offered daily at 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. You may also explore the site on your own. We suggest visitors plan to stay at least two hours. Tours are free with general admission fees, please call for rates

Located 5 miles north of Baraboo off Highway 12, east on Shady Lane Road. Apprx. 1 hour from Madison.
