Course Search & Enroll - Error messages persisting

This document explains persisting error messages and how the issue can be resolved.

What it means:

You might still be seeing an error message from the last time your attempted to add the course to your cart or enroll. The message does not refresh/revalidate and will stay on the page until the next time you try to enroll.

What to do:

Examine the error message to see if you have cleared the issue. Some examples: you have received permission to enroll, you have cleared a hold.

If you know you have resolved the issue and should now be able to enroll in the class, you can disregard the error message
. Select the checkbox next to the course name and then click Enroll.

Example:

CS&E disregard error

In this example you have added ART 336 to your Cart last week. At that time, you weren't declared in an Art graduate program, hence you didn't meet enrollment requisites.
As of today, you do meet the enrollment requisites but you are still seeing the same error message.
You can disregard the error message, select the checkbox next to the course name and then click Enroll.
