PDS Online - Edit an External Training

  1. View your transcript in PDS Online. Steps:PDS Online - How do I view my transcript? or Supervisors/Managers - How to View a Transcript

  2. When on your transcript, navigate to the appropriate tab to find the external training you want to edit: Active, Completed, or Archived. For a better description of what trainings are on what tabs and for navigating between these tabs, please see steps 3 and 4 here: PDS Online - How do I view my transcript?

  3. To view trainings that you are able to edit yourself (i.e. external trainings), look for items with the map icon next to the title.

  5. Click on the title of the training you would like to edit.

  7. Click on Edit External Training near the top of the screen.

  9. Correct any of the fields that need editing. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.

  10. If the training should not be on the transcript at all, contact your Manager or Supervisor so they can follow these steps:
