Sys Admins - User Stuck in Approved Status


When registering for a session, users may encounter a problem if their status is "pending approval" or "approved" and it is after the registration deadline. To find the cause of the user's problem, please refer to the flowchart below.



If you could not find the solution in the previous step and need to be on the session roster, a member of the office staff will be able to assist you with the next steps.

  1. Go to Admin > Users and select "View Transcript" from the options dropdown.
  2. View active events.
  3. Click on the drop-down box next to the session/event and remove it.
  4. Go to ILT Admin > Manage Events and Sessions to search for the session.
  5. Select the roster icon.
  6. Add user to the roster.
  7. Since the session was previously removed from the transcript, you need to go back to the user’s transcript. In the drop-down box change “Active” to “Removed”.
  8. Click on the drop-down box portion of the red button in line with the session and select “Unremove”.
  9. The user will now be registered for the event/session, and it will appear on their active transcript.
