Why UW? I wanted to come to UW Health after experiencing the amazing connections I was able to make with pharmacists, other providers, and patients/family as a student. Not only was I able to round with the teams, but I was also integrated into the care teams with all my ideas welcomed. This welcoming atmosphere as a student made me excited for what I could accomplish as a resident. Additionally, the variety of different pediatrics specialties offered at UW provides a well-rounded opportunity to learn and grow in multiple specialties. Each area will offer me new challenges and disease states to learn making it an ideal learning experience for me.
