Why UW? UW Health has an incredibly progressive pharmacy practice model where pharmacists are involved in almost every aspect of patient care. The program is structured to set the resident up for success by providing a plethora of engaging rotation opportunities and a unique decentralized staffing model. The preceptors are also highly involved in resident development and provide mentorship in a variety of roles. Finally, resident projects historically have made longstanding impacts to UW Health pharmacy practice.
