Political Science - Faculty Guide - Conference Calls

The department has an account with WisLine, through UW-Extension, to have anytime conference calls. This document gives you information on setting up these conference calls.

With WisLine anytime service conference call can be set up using any U.S. phone.

When you want to have a meeting, you will simply send your passcode, date, and time of the meeting to conference participants. Everyone dials in at the appointed time and your conference begins.

You will need two sets of passcodes: one to be the monitor and one passcode to send out to other participates. Jason Josvai and Beth Shipman both have the needed phone numbers and passcodes.

The conference calls do come at a per minute, per number of lines cost. Please see the WisLine Anytime page for this information. WisLine Conference call bills are set up to go to Debbie Bakke as they occur; she will contact faculty for a personal flexible fund code when appropriate.

Please contact Jason Josvai or Beth Shipman to set up conference calls.
