SIS - Security Request with No SIS Account

Users who do not have a SIS account will receive an email with a link that requires additional authentication for the user. Note: This link for additional authentication is valid for 10 days. If the link is not used, the SIS Security Request form will need to be resubmitted.

Steps

Step 1

Click the Verify your identity link.

Step 2

Enter the requested information and approve the identity verification request.   

Step 3

Wait for the SIS Security Request to open. 

Step 4

  • If you are a department authorizer, make any necessary changes.
  • If you are the employee, enter your name to confirm you have reviewed and accept the compliance agreement.

Step 5

Click Approve.
