This document provides information on the fiscal year 2025 fringe rates as assigned by UW Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP). Effective dates are July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

| Post-Doc Fellows and/or Trainees | 16.4% |
| Limited Term Employees (LTEs) | 4.8% |
| Ad Hoc Program Specialists, Undergraduate Assistants and Undergraduate Interns | 6.8% |
| Student Hourly Employees | 1.5% |
The 2024 rates are the same as the 2025 rates.
