Overview

Obtaining the Validation Ticket - Before the Visitor Arrives

Before the visitor arrives, the host should see Reception in room 237 to obtain a validation ticket. The validation ticket allows the person to exit the ramp without paying.

The host can request the validation ticket be placed in the PI's mailbox.

How to Use the Tickets

When the visitor enters the ramp, they need to take the entry ticket to raise the gate. They need to keep the entry ticket.

When the visitor leaves the ramp, they need to scan their entry ticket,  and then scan their validation ticket, and that will raise the gate.

What to Do If the Ramp Is Full or Reserved for Special Events
