Salesforce: UW-Madison, Strategic Partnerships - Log In Instructions
Logging in to the Production site
When you are granted access to the application you will receive an email invitation from support@salesforce.com with your user ID. The invitation will have a link for you to click that will log you in for the first time. When you click the link you will be asked to set up your password and a security question.
After activation, utilize these log-in instructions...
1. Navigate to URL: https://uwmadison4.my.salesforce.com (bookmark this site)
2. Log in using your UW-Madison NetID/Password
When logging in via the...
1. Salesforce general URL https://login.salesforce.com
Utilize your Salesforce issued username and password (from your initial account set up / activation)
2. Salesforce for Outlook Add-In
Utilize your Salesforce issued username and password (from your initial account set up / activation)
Once you are in the site for the first time, follow these instructions to view the UW-Madison, Strategic Partnerships Application / Page Lay Out
1. Click on the 9-dot waffle (App Launcher) in the upper left corner of the navigation bar.
2. Click on View All
3. Then select the large button labeled UW-Madison, Strategic Partnerships with the UW crest. Now you should see all the grouped objects/tabs for our instance.
Logging in to the Training Site
New Users will be given access to the Sandbox Training Site. When you are granted access to the application you will receive an email invitation from support@salesforce.com with your user ID. The invitation will have a link for you to click that will log you in for the first time.
1. Navigate to test.salesforce.com
2. Enter your Production site Username with ".stage1" added to the end and use your Production site password. Note: for most UW-Madison Users this will be your NetID@wisc.edu.stage1
3. Enter verification code (if required it will be emailed to you)
Once you are logged in to the site for the first time, follow these instructions to view the UW-Madison, Strategic Partnerships Application / Page Lay Out
