InfoLab - Printing

This is a reference doc for printing in the InfoLab.
  1. When printing from an InfoLab workstation, patrons should select one of the following printers:
    1. INFOPR-B&W-LSS (Papercut) for black & white printing
    2. INFOPR-COLOR-LSS (Papercut) for color printing
    3. INFOPR-DUPLEX-LSS (Papercut) for double-sided printing
  2. Using the DUPLEX-LSS queue charges patrons per side 
  3. If a patron would like a Refund, please escalate to an InfoLab Manager
  4. Checking printer toner levels, or other printer statistics - links to printer interfaces:
         B&W printer    - http://144.92.115.224
         Color printer    - http://144.92.115.225
  5. The QuickPrint station will only work in Windows.  If there is a username/password prompt on the quickprint station, restart the computer.  It will log in automatically. Typically there is no reason to log out of the Quickprint station.
