OneTrust - Completing a Risk Register Entry for a Vendor Review
A vendor review has been completed, but additional follow-up is necessary on purchasing decisions. This process explains how to complete this step.
1) Login to OneTrust following these instructions: https://kb.wisc.edu/104894
2) Navigate to the IT & Security Risk Management tile then select Risk Register.

3) Click on the ID of the Risk.

2) Click on the Comments section.

4) In the Comment section, type in if the vendor/tool will or will not be purchased/implemented for use. Click Add.

5) If the decision has been made to purchase/implement, you will need to submit a new request in OneTrust for an implementation review here: OneTrust Intake Form
