WiscVPN (iOS/Android) - Native IPSEC Client Support

IPSEC configuration for WiscVPN on Palo Alto.

Dynamic IP Addresses Only

You must use the GlobalProtect client for the Static IP address WiscVPN service.

This native client only functions with dynamic IP address assignment and is supported on iPhones, iPads, and some Android devices.

Configuring The Native Client

  1. Open the Apps Menu. This can be done by tapping the Apps icon in the bottom navigation bar on your device.

  2. Open the settings menu by tapping the Settings icon.

  3. On the Settings menu, tap the More... button. From there, select Wireless & networks.

  4. Under Wireless & networks, select VPN.

  5. If you have not set up a lock screen PIN or password on your device, you will be prompted to do so before configuring a VPN profile. Tap OK and follow the prompts to establish a PIN or password. When you are finished or if you had previously set up a lock screen PIN or password proceed to step 6.

  6. Tap Add VPN profile to configure settings for WiscVPN.

  7. In the window that appears labeled Edit VPN profile, enter the following:
