Models Affected

This reset procedure works on the following Dell docks:

• WD19
• WD19S
• WD19TBS
• WD22TB4

The image below shows a WD19, but all of those listed above look similar.

Instructions

1. Disconnect the USB-C cable from the computer.
2. Unplug the AC power from the dock.
3. Drain any remaining power to the docking station by holding the power button for 30 seconds.
4. Connect the AC power to the docking station.
5. The docking station LED on the power button blinks three (3) times.
6. Connect the USB-C cable to the computer.
