  5. Scroll through the list of permit options to locate and select the product you want to purchase. Then review and check the product Terms and Conditions. Click Next to continue.

    Note:

    • If a product option is not listed, it may be unavailable or you may not be eligible to purchase it. If you are looking for an unlisted product, call or email customer service.
    • The fees listed on this page reflect the annual rate for each product. If you are purchasing mid-year, you will see prorated rate at the purchase confirmation step.
    • If you choose the wrong product at this step, you will be able to remove it or cancel the purchase at a later step.
    • Terms and conditions referencing payroll deduction may not apply to customers paying for their permit/pass in full. Please check the boxes anyway.

  6. Choose a vehicle to associate with this permit. Select an existing license plate or add a new one. Then click Next.

    • Note: Do not make any updates (such as year, make, or model) to the vehicle associated with an existing license plate at this time. Vehicle updates can be made another time.

    • If you are eligible for a reduced cost permit, you will see the reduced cost price here.
    • If you selected the wrong product earlier in the process, you can remove or cancel the product at this step and start over.

Finally, go through the steps to confirm payroll deduction information for eligible products, or complete a credit card purchase in the Transact portal.

After completing your transaction, review the confirmation page and check your email for a product receipt. The receipt will indicate if your product will be mailed, or if it must be picked up at a Transportation Services office location.
