KB User's Guide - Documents Tab - Displaying Image link or Zip File link in a document

KB Admins may want to provide a link to an image file, a folder, or a zip file instead of embedding them directly into a document. Linking keeps the page uncluttered and allows Users to download the file if they choose. This document outlines two methods for displaying an image link within a KB document.

Users will be presented with a link to click.
Example: Purple Starfish

Insert the Image into your Image Attachment Folder

  1. Click the Attachments folder button (paperclip icon paperclip icon ) in the editor toolbar.
  2. An Attachment folder for document XXXXX modal will appear.
  3. Drag and drop your image file into the upload area, or click Browse to upload.

Insert the Image Link into Your Document

    • In the editor toolbar, click the Attachments Folder button (paperclip icon paperclip icon).
