Adobe Creative Cloud - How Instructors, Student Supervisors, and Faculty Can Provide Student Access for Classes or Campus Jobs
Summer 2026 forms are now available
Info for Summer 2026
All enrolled students now have access to Adobe Express Higher Education without the need to register for additional access. This includes the features included here: Adobe Express Higher Education features.
There is no action needed to get this access. All enrolled UW-Madison students already have access to this.
If you are requesting access for a class, please make sure that you will need Adobe applications other than Express Higher Education! Thank you for helping us limit Creative Cloud license usage to necessary cases.
Grad Students
There are two ways to get access:
- If they are working on a UW-owned computer, Shared Device Licensing may be the best option if multiple users can use the computer. Adobe Shared Device License - Installation and Usage Instructions
- If they are working on a personal computer or unable to use Shared Device Licensing, read below.
Grad students who need Adobe for instruction/class preparation, research, scholarship, or for preparing their dissertation/thesis can now register for access for the academic year through this link:

Class Registration
Please only submit this form if you are the instructor or a TA for the course, they will be contacted!
If your class is a grad student only class, you may want to use the grad student form above to continue access for a full academic year.
Students are able to register for access once the class is added.
