ShopUW+ Update workflow

This doc will walk you through the process of viewing and changing access for employees

Find user's workflow folders

For administrators who have access to view the profile of others:
  1. Go to "Administer" -> "Manage users" -> "Search for users"
    Search For Users
  2. Use the first and last name or the emplID to find the user. 
  3. In the users account, select "Ordering and Approval" -> and select "View Assigned approval folders" in the drop down. 
  4. Underneath the "Refine Search Results" section, you can view the users assigned Requisitions, POs, and Invoices in separate results via the drop down.
    Approval Folders
For support representatives who do not have the ability to view the profile of others, you can still have individual users review their own workflows within their profile. 
  1. In ShopUW+, have the user click on their profile icon at the top right and then select "View my profile"
  2. In the user's account, select "Ordering and Approval" -> and select "View Assigned approval folders" in the drop down. 
  3. Underneath the "Refine Search Results" section, you can view the users assigned Requisitions, POs, and Invoices in separate results via the drop down.
 Doing this will allow you to find workflows that a user needs to be removed from, or find the workflows of a user would like to be copied for another. 

Requesting updates

ShopUW+ administrators do not update Department1, Department2, or Department3 approval folders. These permissions are updated in SFS and automatically sync with ShopUW+. Please refer to campus administrators to update those approval folders. 

A user can request identical approval folders to another user. 

If a user would like to update their approval folders, please create a task JIRA ticket and send the request to the System Administrators with first and last names and emplID's of any relevant users. 

Tickets for procurement workflow updates must contain approval from a purchasing director from the relevant campus. 
Tickets for AP workflows must come from someone with the AP manager role.
