The screen is controlled using the push buttons on the wall to the left. Press ON to turn the display on, and OFF to turn it off. Select HDMI or Wireless. Volume is also controlled via the buttons.

Wireless Connection

Press the Wireless button and follow directions in the Vilas Hall Wireless AV knowledgebase article.

HDMI Connection

Press the HDMI button.
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the wall plate below the screen, and the other end to your device.

Using the Logitech Meetup

To connect the Meetup to your device connect one end of the provided USB cable to the wall plate below the screen, and the other end to your device.

In your conferencing software set the following:

• Camera: Logitech Meetup
• Microphone: Logitech Meetup
• Speaker: Logitech Meetup

In macOS you will need to give your conferencing software permission to use the camera and microphone. Be sure to click OK when these messages pop up.

If you share your screen you will need to give the application Screen Recording permission. Connect to a meeting and select Share Screen.

You will be prompted to Open System Preferences.
	Toggle the button for your conferencing software to on.

You then need to quit the software and relaunch it.
