Launch the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub application.  The Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub window should show (in the upper left corner) either the UWHealth logo, or the SMPH logo.

For devices enrolled in SMPH Workspace One

1. Confirm that you are connected to the SMPH VPN portal: smph.vpn.wisc.edu

2. Open an internet browser to to the following website: https://citrix.uwhealth.org
3. Enter your UW Health credentials
   1. Prompt for UW Health Multi-factor Authentication
4. Open the link to Citrix
