Get Support

  • Request support using the Education Technology & Training Portal (within SMPH Navigator)
    • Acuity Support
      Request to add a preceptor or user to the Acuity One45 system.
      Submit any request related to Acuity One45 functionality or user support.
      Request an MD curriculum topic search or curriculum inventory report.
    • EdTech – Request / Consultation
      Submit a general EdTech support request, including help with teaching technologies, workflow questions, or consultations with the EdTech team.
    • LearningSpace – New Event
      Request creation of a new event in the LearningSpace platform.
    • OASIS – General Request
      Submit a request related to the OASIS scheduling and curriculum management system.
