Enterprise Applications & Solutions (EAS) manages SMPH’s enterprise‑level applications and connected solutions that support schoolwide operations, academic programs, administrative processes, and cross‑system integrations. EAS ensures that major tools used across SMPH are well‑maintained, secure, scalable, and aligned with campus and health‑system systems.
Services
EAS supports vendor-based applications across SMPH, focusing on tools that offer substantial strategic value in administration, research, or clinical practices to meet organizational or business needs. EAS supports enterprise-level (school-wide) applications including:
- GitLab (SMPH-supported collaborative development platform)
- DocuSign (including a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant instance for regulated research)
- Cloud collaboration & conferencing tools
- BioRender
