Acuity One45 - Rotation Head Overview
A rotation head is someone who is given specific access to oversee rotations through their eDossier. This is to be used primarily in Phase 3 and as an optional supplement to Phase 2 coordinator workflows.
To access a rotation you oversee:
- Click on "My eDossier" in the upper left corner.
- Click on the dropdown "Choose eDossier to view"
- Select the rotation you wish to view from the dropdown
Rotation Info
The rotation info tab shows the name, abbreviation, site, and course code.
Note: The Service and Tag fields are shown on this page but are not used
Log Exports
The Log Exports tab allows you to export log entries for the given rotation. You can select which questions on the log form you want to see results for. You can also customize the dates of this report. When your selections are accurate, select "Export".

Schedules
The Schedules tab shows an overview of the schedule for this rotation. You can filter by year and sort by Person, by Level, or by Block.
The following image is an example of the exported schedule sorted by Person.
Print Views
The Print Views tab allows you to see an overview of the students scheduled in your rotation. You can filter students based on block, date, and year. This view can show student pictures, names, and emails.
Workflow
The Workflow tab shows an overview of the evaluation workflow settings for that rotation. You can click "view" to view the contents of the form assigned to that rotation.

By Target
The By Target tab allows admin to pull a report for all forms completed for a specific person. For example, you could search for students, select a student's name, and all forms assessing that student for that given year would show.
