Acuity One45 - Adding and Editing Session Mappings
Instructions on how to add and edit session mappings within the Acuity One45 system.
Overview of Mappings
Things mapped to Sessions:
- Duration
- Keywords
- Log into Acuity One45. Then, click on Schedules in the Upper Menu Bar.
- Next, click on Management Tool.
- You will then be taken to a screen with the current Academic Year.
- Click on the correct portfolio in which you are viewing objectives.
- You will then be able to see the courses within Phase 1.
- You can expand the courses and subsequent levels by also clicking the arrows.
- If the number listed to the left of the session is listed as “0”, there are not currently sub-sections and the arrow will not expand.
- There are two ways to navigate to the Session mappings.
- Click on the pencil on the left hand side of the Calendar view on the Session Level. This will open a menu where you may select either Tools or Session Details.
How to Add Mappings
To add an objective:
- To Add an objective scroll to the bottom of the objectives page and click Add Objective. This opens a text box to write a new objective.
- There is a designated SAVE button under the text box in which you would type the new objective.
- Click, SAVE. Then your course objective is added.
How to Edit Mappings
To edit objectives:
- Navigate to the objective in which you seek to edit.
- After navigating to the objective, you will see a list of preexisting objectives. Click anywhere on the objective you wish to edit. This will open a text box that is populated with the current objective. You may then type any changes to the objective.
- The Mappings label underneath objectives can also be edited on the objectives page. Please refer to the Mapping training document to edit these components.
NOTE: Saving is automatic. There is no SAVE button on any component. If you ex-out of the window or return to the overview of the schedule, your work will be saved.
How to Delete Mappings
IMPORTANT NOTE: Removing course objectives will affect each curriculum piece which has a relationship with the course objective.
- To delete a Course Objective, navigate to the course objective you seek to delete.
- Click anywhere on the course objective. This will open an editable text box with the existing course objective.
- Click on the DELETE button to delete the course objective.
