ICEP Learning Portal – Reset your professional account password and retrieve your username

This article describes how to reset your ICEP Learning Portal professional account password and how to retrieve your username.
  1. Use Chrome or another web browser to go to https://ce.icep.wisc.edu/.
  2. Select Log in at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Under Professional Login, select I already have an account.

  4. Select Forgot password.

  5. Enter your username (if you remember it), or your e-mail address, and then select [E-mail reset link].

  6. You will receive an email from UW-Madison ICEP do-not-reply@icep.wisc.edu, with the subject line “Replacement login information for [First name] [Last name] at UW-Madison ICEP.” It will include your username and a link to reset your password.

  7. Click the link provided to you in the email. You will be redirected to the Reset password page.

  8. Select [Log in].
  9. Enter a new Password. Passwords must contain at least one uppercase character, be at least 7 characters in length, must not contain the username, and must contain at least one digit.
  10. Enter the same password in the Confirm password field.
  11. Finally, select [Save].
