ICEP Learning Portal - Reset your NetID account password and retrieve your username

This article describes how to reset your ICEP Learning Portal NetID account password and how to retrieve your username.

  1. Use Chrome or another web browser to go to the ICEP Learning Portal.

  2. Select Log in at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Under UW-Madison NetID, select Login with my UW-Madison NetID.

  4. Select Forgot NetID or Forgot Password and follow the prompts. Select Contact the Help Desk to receive assistance from UW-Madison IT.
