ICEP Learning Portal - Enter and Confirm Your Mobile Phone Number to Use the Text In Feature
This article describes how to enter and confirm your US mobile phone number so you can use the text-in feature with certain ICEP Learning Portal activities.
Although the Profile tab of your ICEP Learner Profile has a Home/Work Phone entry, the text-in feature of your account is enabled by verifying a phone number in the Mobile tab. Follow these steps to enter and confirm your mobile phone number:
- Login to the ICEP Learning Portal.

- Select My Account in the top right-hand corner.

- Select the Edit tab.

- Select Mobile.

- Enter your ten-digit mobile phone number, with NO parentheses or dashes. (Below is an example)
- 6081231234

Note: If you have an international number, or do not have a mobile number, enter any ten-digit number (e.g., your landline number, the first 10 digits of your international mobile number) to bypass this required field.
- 6081231234
- Select your country from the Country dropdown.
- Note: At this time the text-in feature is only enabled for US phone numbers. If you have a non-US mobile number please see ICEP Learning Portal - Submit an Attendance Code If You Have an International Mobile Number.
- Select [Confirm number].
- You will receive an automated text with a confirmation code. Enter the code you receive on your mobile phone in the Confirmation code field and select [Confirm number].

- Once confirmed, your profile will show your confirmed mobile phone number and the text-in feature will be enabled.
