Acuity One45 - How to Reopen Closed Forms
This document outlines how to reopened closed forms within Acuity One45. A closed form is a form that has been completed by an assessor/evaluator and/or a form that has not been completed, but has expired due to the deadline.
There may be times when an assessment/evaluation needs to be reopen after the close date has already been reached in order to give the assessor/evaluator a chance to complete the form. In order to reopen a form that is past it's close date, the close date of that form must be edited.
- To edit the close date of the form, first perform a custom form search. Be sure to remember to include closed forms in the search.
- Identify the correct form and click on the form hound (paw print icon) to the right of the evaluation form.
- A pop up window will open. Scroll to the bottom of the pop up window to ""Close Date/Available Until:". Click "change".
- Edit the date to the new deadline and click update.
- The window will advance to a confirmation message.
- The form will reopen in the assessor/evaluator's To Do.
Note: Reopening the form does not automatically send the assessor/evaluator a reminder email. To do so, click the "e" button under the assessor/evaluator's name.
