When subjects are entered using the Find button, OnCore automatically populates the full set of subject demographics that already exist for that subject from a previous entry for another protocol.

For studies that collect only limited demographic information, the actual subject MRN is NOT entered. Instead, the "Automated Subject MRN" feature in the PC Console > Management tab is used to create generic MRNs for subjects on that study. When the "Automated Subject MRN" is set to Yes, a "Generate" button appears to the right of the Subject MRN field in New Subject Registration and is pressed to create a unique MRN for the subject.
