| Fund Account No. | The grant and/or fund number associated with the protocol. Note: Grant information should be updated as applicable (see specifics below): however it should never be removed from OnCore altogether. If necessary a note is entered in the Archive/Notes Tab indicating which Grant is active. Fund Acct: The fund account number associated with the protocol and Sponsor combination. The syntax for the fund number should be as follows: [6 digit UDDS number] space [3 digit fund number] dash [7 character Project/Grant code]. For example, 533400 133-AAXXXX. Grant No.: The number associated with the grant. If there is a grant number associated with the trial, then this field should be completed using that number. If NO grant number, then this field should be marked N/A. Note that a grant number is searchable in the Protocol Search under the "Protocol Number" field. The format is: Funding Mechanism, Institute Code, Serial Number, NCI Division/Program Code (if available). Example: U01 CA065432 DCP. If the grant number changes, then the former grant number is retained and a new grant record is added. If only the suffix changes, then the suffix is updated in the existing grant record. NCI/NIH Grant: Select NCI or NIH grant if applicable NCI/NIH Division Program: If NIH grant, select the applicable NIH institution that awarded the grant. If NCI grant, select the applicable NCI Division Program that awarded the grant. Grant/Contract Title: The Grant/Contract Title PI: The Principal Investigator associated with this Grant/Contract. If the Grant PI changes, an additional grant record is added to active protocols only. OnCore Support can complete this for the groups if needed. The original grant record should not be edited as it will affect protocols throughout the database. |
