| Disease Site | Enter the disease site of the areas of study for the protocol. If the protocol is studying multiple disease sites, check all the applicable sites that are being studied. | Required Oncology: For protocols studying any disease including solid and non-solid tumors, select all sites including 'Any Site'. However, for solid tumors, do not select non-solid tumor disease sites and conversely, for non-solid tumors, select only non-solid disease sites: Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Leukemia Other, Lymphoid Leukemia, Myeloid and Monocytic Leukemia, Multiple Myeloma, Mycosis Fungoides, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and Other Hematopoietic. |
