OnCore: How do I obtain access to OnCore?
Obtaining access to OnCore for Oncology or Non-oncology studies.
Access to OnCore is granted after the staff person has completed training on one or more roles in the system, and has provided confirmation of their HIPAA/Human Subjects Protection certifications. To begin this process, please fill out our registration form at https://redcap.ictr.wisc.edu/surveys/?s=DWJFCLFHYL8PKJRT.
OnCore administrative staff will contact your supervisor as needed to confirm approval for system access. You will then be contacted with information to complete required training.
If you have attended an OnCore training session and do not have a username and password, please visit the OnCore Support Help Desk portal and select 'Account or login issue'. Complete the requested information and our support team will contact you.
