OnCore: How do I obtain access to OnCore?

Access to OnCore is granted after the staff person has completed training on one or more roles in the system, and has provided confirmation of their HIPAA training certification. To begin this process, please fill out our access request form at https://redcap.ictr.wisc.edu/surveys/?s=DWJFCLFHYL8PKJRT.

Note: This link will allow you to request an account for multiple systems at one time, rather than completing individual forms.  Access can be requested for OnCore, REDCap, Florence eBinders, Participant Payments and SMPH DocuSign at this time. 

System support staff will contact your supervisor as needed to confirm approval for system access. You will then be contacted to complete training sessions.

For users changing roles: You should submit a fresh access request using the full access request form. It should be filled out as if you are a new person starting at UW to ensure that you are given the correct access for your new role and so that we can have supervisor approval recorded for that access.
