OnCore: How do I obtain access to OnCore?

Obtaining access to WISC or ICTR OnCore.

Access to OnCore is granted after the staff person has completed training on one or more roles in the system, and has provided confirmation of their HIPAA/Human Subjects Protection certifications. To begin this process, please fill out our registration form at https://redcap.ictr.wisc.edu/surveys/?s=YHXRMXRMTY.

OnCore administrative staff will contact your supervisor as needed to confirm approval for system access. You will then be contacted to complete training sessions.

If you have completed OnCore training and do not have a username and password, please contact the OnCore User Support Staff at OnCore Support Help Desk Portal.

Note: The UW ICTR instance of OnCore will be retired at the end of 2022 and all new protocols are now created in the WISC OnCore instance.

You can specify which instance(s) you need to access in the request.
