DocuSign is a secure way to safely make documents available to sign electronically.
Getting Access
To get access to DocuSign, please email SMPH IT Application Support at appsupport@med.wisc.edu and provide the following information:

Once an account is created, they can go to https://account.docusign.com/ and login. There is no software to install.
