ATP Workday Impact on ADW Web

ADW Web reports will continue to function as usual until the end of the fiscal year (FY25). We are excited to announce the new reports, powered by Workday data, are being developed in Qlik. New reports will be available in fall of 2025.

FAQ

When will ADW Web be shut down?

ADW Web will continue to be available through Spring 2026. Please note that the financial data from Shared Financials will no longer be updated after FY25 (June 30th, 2025).

Why is ADW Web changing?

ADW Web received financial data from upstream systems, including HRS and SFS. These systems are being replaced by Workday and our data feeds need to be updated to use the new data and concepts, which will break ADW Web. Reports that were available in ADW Web will be either be:

  1. Replaced by similar reports in Workday,
  2. Replaced by custom reports in SMPH's Qliksense instance, or
  3. Retired if they are no longer needed.

Where can I find out about the replacements for various reports?

Will I have access to the replacement reports?

Access to Workday reports will depend on your role within Workday.

Access to Qliksense reports will require a authorization by the appropriate SMPH group. To request access, open an issue at the SMPH Data & Analytics Portal.

Where can I get updated financial reports in the meantime?

You can find information about existing reports on the ATP Data and Reporting website. You can also check the detailed page on report replacements.

Do you have any recommended workarounds?

As we become aware of workarounds, we will provide them here.

Consider using the following reports in Workday:

  • All Workers Costing Allocations by Company, Sup Org or Worker (UW)

  • All Position Restrictions Costing Allocations By Company, Supervisory Org

  • Position(UW) and Payroll Accounting 360 (UW)

Where can I get more information?
