HSLC - Lecture Hall Presenter mode
Instruction on how to view notes PowerPoint notes in HSLC lecture halls 1306, 1309, & 1335
- Press the Windows key + P key together and select Extend
- Open PowerPoint Go to Slide Show-> Setup Show
- In Multiple monitors section:
Display slide show on: Primary Monitor
Check Show Presenter View
- Start Slide show
- On the Monitor find the four Menu buttons in the lower right corner, Press the second button from the top twice to see Slide show notes.
When you are done with your presentation please return monitor to previous state by pressing the top button twice.
