waiver could be requested (Bernard-Donals). Seconded and approved.

The
Wisconsin Welcome for students is more coordinated and intentional this year,

then form a W on the field for a picture. They are also hosting a Our Wisconsin
program speaker for the first time.
They
conducted a survey of students after they attended SOAR this year. Questions
for the coming year include how students will be prepared for college in
comparison to previous classes due to COVID and how they will handle absences
if they need to be out of class for extended periods due to COVID or monkeypox.
Papp
motioned, and it was seconded, to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.

issues go, when and why. She looks forward to listening during these first

Resources. Heather Daniels will draft possible changes to FPP that would
complement the policy.
