Chair Rick Amasino called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. Barb Bowers moved to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) and (f) to discuss personnel matters. The motion was seconded and passed at 8:32 a.m. The University Committee discussed possible chairs and members for a search and screen committee for UW-Madison provost, director human resources, and assistant vice chancellor for environment, health, and safety. Paul Campagnola moved to reconvene in open session. The motion was seconded and passed at 9:49 a.m., at which point Amasino adjourned the meeting.
