Poster Details
- Students should plan to be present for duration of the poster session: 2:30-4:00p.m. on Friday, March 3rd
- 36 x 48 inch poster template: download PowerPoint template
- Posters are typically mounted on 36″ x 48″ tri-fold foam core display boards
- Pushpins and binder clips will be available
- Easels and bulletin boards on the walls will be available
- Students are responsible for designing and printing their own poster

Poster Set Up
- Digital file or link to poster should be emailed to Michelle Holland by March 1st
- Physical posters should be dropped off in 4199 by March 1st and they will be set up for you in advance
- Presenters should plan to arrive on Friday, March 3rd at 2:15pm
