University Health Services (UHS): Upcoming Spring Programming

Let’s Talk: Virtual, online versions of our informal one-on-one drop-in consultations with a counselor will run throughout the semester.  Let's Talk will remain virtual for the rest of spring semester. Students will need to sign up for a time slot via an online form for virtual sections of Let’s Talk. New this summer, a reduced schedule of Let’s Talk will be piloted and will be a great option for students away from Wisconsin to get support. The summer schedule will be added to the Let’s Talk webpage after the spring schedule is over.

Choosing Your Care, Finding a Community Provider Workshops: This workshop is designed to support students in using their insurance to find and connect with a therapist in the community.  This is a great option for students who know they want long-term and/or specialized mental health care beyond what MHS provides so they can make informed decisions about their options. It can also be very helpful for students looking for care over the summer if they are away from Wisconsin.
