After Hours
You are welcome to send email or voicemail to the SSCC Helpdesk when it is closed, and your message will be addressed as soon as the Help Desk opens again. Use the Emergency Contact Form to report system or network outages after hours (other issues will be addressed when the Help Desk reopens).
Services
The SSCC Helpdesk is your primary point of contact with SSCC staff. If the consultant on duty cannot answer your question immediately, he or she will refer it to someone who can. Please do not send questions or requests for help to individual staff members: if they happen to be out of the office, your message may go unread for some time. Please see our software database and policies for information about what software and hardware the SSCC supports.
