If you have recently graduated, retired, or had another change of status and are unsure what Office 365 products your account is eligible for, you can sign in to the O365 Portal to check.
- Log into portal.office.com and sign in with you NetID credentials
- After signing into the Office Portal, click on the user button in the top right corner of the top bar, then click on "My account".
- Then click on "Subscriptions"
- Here you can see all Office applications and services that you should currently have access to. If this is not correct, you will need to confirm your appointment with your HR department and then create a case with the DoIT Help Desk to have your provisioned Office licenses updated.
